Now hiring: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Dallas County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits 3+ years on the tools preferred.
