Meat cutter wanted in Medway

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Medway, England. Day-to-day duties: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 5+ years on the tools preferred.
