You will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine. Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations £3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
