Reinforcement steel fixer — Nobles County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Nobles County, Minnesota. You will be based on a commercial tower construction site. You will lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
