Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Weakley County, Tennessee. The job is on a structural steel site. The role involves clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. You should have: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to pass a weld test on the spot 2+ years on the tools preferred.
