Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Brantley County, Georgia. You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
