QC technician — El Dorado County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC technician in El Dorado County, California. The job is on a garment production line. Day-to-day duties: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges 6+ years on the tools preferred.
