Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Clay County, Indiana. The job is in a glazing and curtain wall company. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines On a typical shift you will fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
