Pastry baker wanted in Bradley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Bradley County, Tennessee. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
