Head butcher wanted in Adams County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Adams County, North Dakota. The job is at a wholesale meat market. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders 6+ years on the tools preferred.
