Ductable AC technician • Amherst County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a ductable AC technician in Amherst County, Virginia. You will work at an air conditioning service centre. Ideal candidate: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred The role involves insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
