Great opportunity: furniture maker (Maine)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a furniture maker in Kennebec County, Maine. On a typical shift you will measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops. You should have: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Own basic hand tools Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
