What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods On a typical shift you will set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair.
