Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Itawamba County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage On a typical shift you will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
