Now hiring: aluminium section fitter (Iowa)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium section fitter in Buena Vista County, Iowa. You will be based at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws What we are looking for: • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
