Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
