Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
