Join our team: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Martin County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On the job you will handle: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Full-time, day shift.
