Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Roane County, Tennessee. You should have: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight The role involves back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
