Retail butcher • Sumter County, South Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Sumter County, South Carolina. On a typical shift you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
