You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date 3+ years on the tools preferred.
