We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Houston County, Alabama. You should have: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A good head for heights and steady balance Your main tasks: • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
