CO2 welder wanted in Cocke County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Cocke County, Tennessee. You will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
