Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment presser in Merrick County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Day-to-day duties: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
