Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding On a typical shift you will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair.
