Head baker wanted in Hubbard County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Hubbard County, Minnesota. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
