Rigging foreman — Madison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Madison County, Indiana. You will be based at a busy construction site. The role involves rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
