Now hiring: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Wayne County, New York. On the job you will handle: • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Full-time, day shift.
