Shuttering charge hand — Allendale County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Allendale County, South Carolina. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. The role involves: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking 6+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
