Gas commissioning technician — Arthur County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Arthur County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints What we are looking for: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Driving licence for travel between sites • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience.
