We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Fall River County, South Dakota. You will work at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards You will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
