Bread and bun maker — Woodford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Woodford County, Illinois. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
