Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Banks County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations 2+ years on the tools preferred.
