Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
