Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Union County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. You should have: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Six days a week, one day off.
