Dish pit attendant wanted in York County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in York County, Virginia. The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
