Finishing presser • Putnam County, West Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a finishing presser in Putnam County, West Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
