Powder coater wanted in DeKalb County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in DeKalb County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
