Now hiring: we are hiring a wall and floor tiler in Charlotte County, Virginia. You should have: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) You will lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
