Delivery truck driver — Throckmorton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a delivery truck driver in Throckmorton County, Texas. You will work on long-haul routes across the country. On a typical shift you will log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock. What we are looking for: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
