Kitchen steward wanted in Passaic County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Passaic County, New Jersey. You will be based at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
