Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Jackson County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
