We are recruiting: kitchen cook (Colorado)

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Bent County, Colorado. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
