What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Full-time with occasional weekends.
