Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Wrexham, Wales. You will be based on a construction site. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges You will measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around £2,200 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
