Urgent requirement: bread and bun maker (Maryland)

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Wicomico County, Maryland. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
