Meat cutter wanted in Koko-Besse

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Koko-Besse, Kebbi State. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around ₦1,400 per hour, based on your experience.
