Immediate opening: sand plant operator (Kwara State)

Join our team: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Ilorin East, Kwara State. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. On the job you will handle: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring Ideal candidate: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦250,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
