Join our team: we are hiring a car refinisher in Boone County, Arkansas. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. Day to day you will wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun. What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to read and match factory paint codes Rotating shifts. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
