Your main tasks: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc You should have: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Rotating shifts.
